I am a Chartered Surveyor specialising in the design of extensions to domestic properties, I have many years experience with this type of work and I am always happy to call in to see you without charge to provide advice on how to enlarge your property. 

I will endeavour to provide drawings to you as quickly as possible and for a reasonable price; I am not VAT registered.

I can provide plans and submit for Local Authority approval for:- Single storey rear extensions; side extensions; porches and garage conversions etc.

I work predominantly in Havering Brentwood and surrounding areas, but will cover other areas also.
